Privacy & Data Handling
We collect only the minimum personal data required to deliver our services. For our free tools, we collect no personal data at all — the tools run entirely client-side in your browser. For paid services, we collect your Snapchat username (not your password), your payment information (processed by a third-party encrypted payment gateway), and basic order details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We retain order data for the minimum period required by law and for dispute resolution purposes. You may request data deletion at any time.

How Our Free Tools Work Safely
All of our free tools are designed to only process publicly available content. Here is what that means in practice:
- Snapchat Story Downloader: Only processes public stories shared by creators with public profiles. It cannot access private stories from accounts you do not follow.
- Snapchat Spotlight Downloader: Downloads only from the public Spotlight feed — content creators have voluntarily published to the global audience.
- Meta AI Video Downloader: Processes only publicly accessible AI-generated videos from Meta platforms. Private content within locked accounts or closed groups is not accessible.
- Image Text Editor: Runs entirely in your browser. Images you upload are never sent to our servers — all editing happens client-side.
We encourage users to respect copyright. Downloading content for personal, fair-use purposes is acceptable. Redistributing, monetising, or publishing downloaded content without the original creator's consent may violate copyright law.
Payment Security & Refund Policy
All payments are handled through encrypted third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Your financial data is protected by the same encryption standards used by major banks.
If a paid service is not delivered as described, we offer a refund or re-delivery. We do not offer refunds for orders cancelled after delivery has begun, or where service failure is caused by the buyer's failure to follow the instructions set out in our Score Top-Up Guide (such as logging into the account mid-service).

Does FreeSnapScores ever ask for my Snapchat password?
No. We never ask for your password under any circumstances. All services use only your public username. If someone claiming to be us asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt — do not comply.
Is it safe to use the free download tools?
Yes. Our free tools run in your browser and access only publicly available content. No Snapchat login is required. The Image Text Editor never uploads your images to our servers.
What happens to my data after I place an order?
